  1. Hi. I got to know of your podcasts from Neil Shuck’s Meeples and Miniatures. I’ve enjoyed the shows while I’m painting figures.

One of your listeners recently asked about historical miniatures for use with Warhammer. He could try 1st Corps who do Ancients and also Thirty Years War Swedes which can double as Kislev – these are a biggish 28mm so I would think compatible. If your listener says which Historical Army he wants to recreate it might be easier to respond. With the GW multipart plastics they seem smaller or at least slimmer than before and there are more and more historical plastics coming on stream e.g. the Perrys’ War of the Roses might fit both Bretonnians and Empire – though Perry figures tend to be smaller 28s.

    all the best,

    Stephen
